My boyfriend got me a membership to the gym. How sweet, ugh!

I went to the gym almost everyday for 3-4 months doing cardio and sauna, then i started looking like a 13 year old boy, how depressing!
I lost shape and muscle tone. I'm so happy I met Sean, He is "Awesome"!! After 3 months of personal training with Sean, I gained strength, definition, and a really nice booty :) (per my boyfriends compliments).
I am very happy and confident with my transformation.
Ladies, if you really want to feel and look good, Sean is the right trainer.

Let me first start off my saying that I've done my homework and spent the last month looking for a personal trainer in the Pasadena area. During that time, I've exchanged
emails with a few trainers and eventually narrowed down my selection. Out of the 10-13 personal trainers that I emailed or called, Sean is hands down the most responsive
and honest person I've come across. He wasn't out to make a quick buck when I first contacted him.
In fact, his response to my email of wanting to lose 20 pounds were ALL questions that related to my goals, such as; how much do you currently weigh and how tall are you? Is there a specific time frame that you want to lose the weight by? Do you have any injuries that might restrict you from working out? Most of the other trainers that I contacted were more interested in "what my budget looked like" and they came off as semi aggressive with their sales techniques.
So...it's been about a month that I've trained with Sean, I'm now 10 pounds lighter and I can feel my muscles growing! He's been a great resource to go to
for nutrition advice and I'm always picking his brain. Sean's personal training workouts are tough but I love every minute of it. He focuses on using a lot of weights like dumbbells, barbells, and
kettle bells which is completely foreign to me and in the beginning I was extremely intimidated because you have that feeling like "everybody is watching me do this exercise wrong" but he explains the technique in a way that a complete beginner would understand. All in all I'm very happy with my decision of having Sean as my personal trainer. If you're a beginner and need someone to help motivate and teach you how to workout then Sean is your guy.

In the last two months I've lost 10 lbs and dropped 4 pants sizes. Training with Sean has been great, I can't recommend his personal training sessions enough. I've worked out on my own for years and thought I knew what I was doing...boy was I wrong. If your looking for a trainer that is going to push you, make you sweat, and lose weight, then I highly recommend you take one of his classes.
I've done boot camps and different kinds of classes but I feel like I'm getting much better results working with him one on one rather than a group environment. Hes always mixing up the workouts, one day we'll do nothing but weights and the next he'll run along side one another for some sprints. I know for a fact I couldn't get to where I am now without his help, THANK YOU SEAN!
