Convert u r weight into pounds and then multiply by 15 , that’s u r maintenance calorie
If you want to lose weight means u have take 20% below u r maintenance calorie bro 👍👍
Example take u r weight as 76kg,
If we convert into pounds then it’s 167pounds, then 167*15=2505,
2500 is u r maintenance calorie
Weight loss means take 2000 calorie daily to be in calorie deficit to lose weight 👍👍
