It’s CARDIO TO THE BEAT day again! I’d love to take you outside today for a new energetic, fat burning, CARDIO TO THE BEAT SESSION. Let’s get our sweat on, energize our bodies, burn some calories and enjoy this wonderful view! This is a medium intensity steady state cardio workout that will help you burn fat, without any complicated moves. This low impact cardio workout will help you burn calories, leaving you sweaty and refreshed!
If you want to intensify your session, I`ve prepared some suggestions for your Active Breaks between rounds! These are completely optional, and you can simply ignore them and continue with your regular active break routine (walk around the house, drink some water), if you feel this workout is already pushing you. However, for those of you who like going hard, I`ve suggested you do some running, squatting, lunging, jumping jacks… Hopefully you`ll also get an ad, so you`ll work even longer :)))
I tracked this workout using 2 bands (both on WALKING MODE): Amazfit 5 and Xiaomi MiBand5
Amazfit 5: 3,38 km, 4827 steps, 282 calorie burn
Xiaomi Mi Band 5: 4,72 km, 4483 steps, 305 calorie burn
Didn`t take any breaks this time. Followed my own intensifying suggestions instead. I thing I would have gotten a higher burn taking the breaks… Who knows?!
