Join me for this FAT BURNING + MUSCLE TONING Weighted Walking Workout and let`s burn some calories while focusing on our legs, thighs and glutes. This walk & tone workout combines both cardio and strength and will help you get the benefits of both and provide you with a great leg, thigh and glute workout.
This workout features low and high impact cardio options, so you can adjust it to your fitness or energy level. I`m using a 4 kg dumbbells in this walk and tone leg day workout, but feel free to use lighter or heavier weights. Depending on the weight you use, this workout can tone and even build muscle, while also giving you a great cardio workout that will help you burn more calories for the day. Let’s burn some fat and strengthen the leg muscles!

I tracked the HIGH IMPACT VERSION of this workout (running and jumping jacks version) using 2 x 6kg kettlebells :
Amazfit 5 (walking mode): 3,56 km, 5088 steps, 464 calorie burn
Xiaomi Mi Band 5 (exercise mode): 560 calorie burn
The only breaks I took were between rounds! I prolonged my breaks for up to 2 minutes, and allowed myself to calm down and catch my breath.
