Today’s daily home workout is a walk at home (20 minutes) workout for beginners. This indoor walking workout is perfect for weight loss, to get steps and burn calories. It is knee friendly, has no jumping moves, so it is low impact. This walk at home workout is also all standing and uses no equipment. During the rest intervals, there is flexibility/stretching exercises (flexy rest) to help you get flexy and fit.
