Is it possible to lose weight without exercise?
For some people, exercise or physical activity isn’t an option when trying to lose weight.
There may be several reasons why you have to try losing weight without exercising like..
a. You have an injury that limits or prohibits exercise.
b. You’re getting ready for certain types of surgery, such as knee replacement, and the doctor
wants you to lose weight fast. However, you can’t exercise much or at all due to pain.
c. You struggle with motivation or desire to exercise.
d. You don’t have time.
Maybe some other reasons but the thing is you want to lose weight, is it possible?
A combination of exercise and diet is the most effective approach to lose weight FAST but if you can’t exercise, there are 3 other options you can use to lose weight
1. Eat nutritious whole foods (avoid fast, junk foods)
2. Fasting.
3. Avoid stress
