Do 10 repetition in 1 set
Perform 3 sets
You can have sips of water if needed.
2) Dumbbell Side Lateral Raise
Do 10 repetition in 1 set
Perform 3 sets
3) Dumbbell Front Raise
Do 10 repetition in 1 set
Each Side (Perform 3 sets)
4) Dumbbell Rear Lateral Raise
Do 10 repetition in 1 set
Perform 3 sets
5) Do Skipping for 7 minutes with any rope or skipping rope is recommended at the end.
