Today in this video i am going to show a healthy breakfast recipe using Barley
Ingredients
1 cup barley(Soak for 30 min in water)
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp oil
1 onion finely chopped
3 green chills
salt to taste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
mixed vegetables 1 cup
ginger, garlic finely chopped
1 tomato finely chopped
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 lemon
coriander leaves
