Focusing on fueling myself and my workouts.
When I entered a new workout phase
The eating plan for that phase had to go under review.
I had to shift it.
At one point I stopped eating regularly or balanced for myself.
I was eating too much at once.
Too late in the day for me, not enough other times or forgetting to eat at all….entering into menopause is a whole other Oprah.
Life shifts and turns.
Our workouts and time we have to dedicate to them can as well.
I focused on quality sleep to reduce stress. I focused on my h2O intake (nutritions relative) to flush my system and to have better body function down to every cell in my body.
I am now eating to fuel my workout.
Eating at regular intervals
When I found that the excuse that time was an issue I honored myself and my family with amazing pre-made meals…. that knocked down several dominos for me to get me on an eating pace that I can then shift back to making my own meals (though having healthy ore made meals in hand is amazing too)
I have more energy in my day
More energy for my workouts
My body is adjusting to fueling and I already see it and feel it within a couple of days
I don’t buy into the menopause stories
I buy into my limitless possibilities and the story I choose
Having a hard time seeing your workouts thru? I don’t care how much weight you have to lose.. I am going to bet you are not eating enough of timing that works for you in the phase you are in right now!!
Nothing feels better than feeling strong and energized.
My body will release excess weight when my activities for the 96 to 98% of my day are amplified so when I get to my workout, which is 2-4 % of my day it is enhancing my life and the other part of my day, not depleting.
