Day 16, day 2 of week 3.
Full workout (done twice)
–10 dumbbell fire hydrant circles
–10 Step Up to high knees /each leg
–15 Side-Lying leg lifts
–10 Curtsey Lunge to kick out /each leg
–20 steps in glute bridge march on toes.
–10 banded clamshells + 5 with hip lift.
–15 banded jumping jacks.
–2 sets of 8; 115 lb hip thrusts
*still watching The Ranch on Netflix and still not feeling mentally great. Coughing spells have calmed down a bit and Im not as stuffy.
