This workout is part of the Get Fit For Fall Challenge, The 5 Min Sept Workout Challenge. Below is how the point system works. Remember you can join the challenge at any time this month. Let’s work together as a community and rack up the points!

The Top 5 highest points will be revealed after the challenge is over. Ready to get in shape for Fall? Here is how it will work:
1. Email me if you want to join. You join anytime of the month. The sooner you join the more points you will accumulate. Work together as a community to see how many points the community achieved!
2. Each 5 Min workout is worth 5 points. Do all the 5 Min workouts for the week and double your points for that week.
3. My weekly workout videos are worth 20 pts. Do all the weekly workout videos and double your points for the week! Except for weeks 1 and 5 there will be three full workouts in which two are new.
4.Total points you can accumulate for each week:
Week 1 – 30 points for 5 Min workouts and 40 points for weekly works = 70
Weeks 2 – 4 – 50 points for all 5 Min workouts and 80 points for weekly workouts (each week) = 130.
Week 5 – 40 points for the 5 Min workouts and 40 points for the weekly workouts = 80
Total for the entire challenge – 540
Bonus: ***** If you do a full workout from a previous week add 20 more points
***** 5 points for every 4 Min Workout from Kirsten Quick Fit
