My go to #easydinner recipe with ground beef, veggies and cauliflower rice.
I make this in UNDER 30 minutes!
Here’s how:
Brown 2 pounds of organic ground beef in a skillet.
Chop veggies of choice (I used broccoli and mushrooms)
Add cauliflower rice (I use frozen)
Add in veggies
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and turmeric. Also, generous dashes of Tamari or Soy Sauce and Toasted Sesame oil
Cover until veggies become soft (between 5 – 10 minutes)
Pack this dinner in portable containers for those busy active nights.
