Hey Guys, welcome to a video I have been meaning to upload for a while now but haven’t had the time to do so ! This is my fat loss journey from October 2020 to this day. This is a sit-down video explaining what I did in terms of mindset and the daily tasks that I had turned into daily habits to transform my body composition into what it is today. This is my life now. In order for me to compete on stage; training, food, sleep, stress management and hydration will be the corner stones of my life now and until the foreseeable future, and I am absolutely stoked for it.
