I make this workout for you, we gonna work the full body, with bodyweight exercises and dumbbells exercises.
If you don’t have dumbbells, you can substitute any weight, a bottle of water, a backpack with books, anything that has a resistance.
You can do as many rounds as you want. If you need more rest you can double the rest time. Our if it’s too easy, try doing it without pausing.
