Diet Need to Follow :
Morning 6am to 11am
-Lemon honey warm water
– green tea/ lemon tea/ coffee without sugar
– breakfast ( milk without sugar with oats/veg sandwich /poha/idli/utpam.)
Afternoon 1pm to 3pm
– lunch ( regular meal m 3 days daal and 3 days green vegetables and salad and 1 chapati)
Evening snacks 4pm to 6pm
– Sprouts with any seasonal fruits with juice/ coffee/ green or lemon tea
Dinner 7pm to 9pm
– daliya / khichdi/ daal with lots of salad and milk.
If you are non-vegetarian you can take eggs (white part only) and boiled chicken.

No. 1- warm water – friends aapko morning me uth k sbse pehle warm water pina h. Agr aapke pass available ho to isme lemon and honey bhi add kr skte ho agr nahi h to sirf warm water se bhi kaam chal jayega.
No. 2- avoid refined oil, sugar and junk food – guys aapko fat loss krne k liye in sab ka sacrifice to krna hi padega. Kyuki sabse jyada fat in chizo m hi hota h.. Cooking k liye Aap mustard oil and ghee use kr skte h.. Fat % to inme bhi hota h but ye healthy fat hote h.
No. 3- khane me salad quantity jyada – dosto aapko apni meal m roti se jyada salad khana padega.. Kyuki salad m calories baht kam hoti h. Roti ko poori tarha se skip nahi krna h bus aapko roti Ki quantity kam krni h.. Baaki salad and green veggies pet bhar k kha skte h..
No. 4 – dinner and sleep time – guys ye ek bahut hi bada reason h aapke fat bhadne ka. Agr possible ho to 7 se 8 bje tk dinner kr lena chahiye or agr Aap late dinner krte h to aapke dinner or sone k bich m 2 hours ka gap hona
chahiye jis aapki body ko digest krne ka time mil jaye.
No. 5- night walk- dosto bahut logo Ki aadat hoti h Ki TV dekhte dekhte dinner krte h or fir wahi so jate h. Jo Ki aapki health k liye bilkul thik nai h.. Dinner hamesha light hona chahiye or dinner krne k baad aapko kam Se kam 20 minutes walk krni chahiye.. Jarrori nahi ki walk krne bahar hi jao Aap ghr k andar bhi walk kr skte h ya apni chat p but dinner k baad walk krne se aapka digestive system acha rehta h..
