Week 1 on the slimming world diet plan – what I’ve been eating , how it works and my weight loss results from my first week.
I will be making weekly videos on how I’m getting on, what I’m eating etc every THURSDAY!
If you don’t know what the slimming world plan is I’ll explain briefly:
– 1x healthy extra A choice per day
Milk + Cheese which is weighed/measured.
– 2x healthy extra B choice per day
Bread, crackers, cereals etc
– Unlimited ‘free’ foods
Veg, salad, most meats, pasta, rice, potatoes, seasonings etc
– 5/15 ‘syns’ per day
Crisps, chocolate, sauces, white breads- anything not free has a syn value
Every Monday I will be going to the slimming world class where I weigh myself and each week I’ll be telling you how I’m getting on , what I’m eating , slimming world recipes & more.
