Breakfast
1 handful Roasted peanuts + 400ml double tond milk
Calories – 500 Protein – 22gm Fats – 20 to 25gm fats. Fiber – 10gm
Or
2 handful kala chana (soaked) + 1 handfull peanuts ( soaked ) + 50gm Paneer
(Drink 1 cup Green Tea B/w the gap )
Lunch
2 chapati + 100gm low fat paneer sabzi less spicy + medium bowl dal any + salad according to season
Calories – 350 to 400. Protein – with dal 54gm , without dal 34 gram. Fats- 12gm. Fiber – 14gm
Evening Snacks
Green tea + 1 banana
Calories – 100. Protein – 2.5. Fats- 0. Fiber – 2gm
Dinner
Any homemade sabzi less spicy + 2 chapati + medium bowl dal any + salad according to season
Calories – 450 TO 500. Protein – 40gm. Fats – 12gm
Fiber – 10gm
