What is fat burning?
The body breaks down stored fat for energy, but when does fat burning happen in your body? When you do exercises every day that burn a lot of calories. On the other hand, your calorie intake is less than what you lost. When you lose body fat, your muscles start to grow.
If you want to lose weight and lose body fat , So eat a low-calorie diet and exercise regularly.

*Whole grains
*olive oil
*peanut butter
*Almonds and other oilseeds
*Turkey and lean meats
*Low-fat or fat-free dairy products
