No matter what your fitness level is, you can follow this basic abs workout plan and achieve your goals. This plan is easy to follow and will work you muscles from all over your body. With daily exercise, you’ll see a noticeable difference in your abs in just 1 month!
We’ll start with a warm-up to get your core muscles ready for the workout ahead, then move onto a series of exercises that target your entire abdominal area, including your upper abs, lower abs, and obliques.
