Hi friends, today we have a beginner weight loss workout for women over 40 at home.
If you want to lose weight after 40 and lose belly fat, this beginner weight loss workout will help you maximise fat burning with specialised exercise for weight loss at home for females. In this workout routine for women, we will be doing two metabolic circuits. In these circuits we will use your own body weight as resistance to recruit your muscles and also use large compound movements to achieve a greater calorie burn and of course lose weight!
