Week One Weight Loss Check-In, starting as I mean to go on, SOme progress has been made but I have a long way to go.
Welcome To CREAKY’S Fitspiration, so as some of you may know I’m 50 in November, but what you may not know is that I have put on a load of weight in the last couple of years, weird how that’s happened since my job has been sitting on my arse. Anyway, I may have just done something really stupid, I have just committed myself to a 3 step body transformation programme with a friend who is a personal trainer and dietitian, he’s old like me so it’s all good, anyway the reason I am telling you lot is that I have to document it all and I thought, hmmm? I wonder if the blinder gang would like to come along for the ride? It’s 3, 4-week modules and I don’t know yet which way I will do it whether it’ll be short videos every day or 1 longer video a week checking my progress.
