If you workout too hard you will actually stop your body from losing body fat.
The ‘no pain, no gain’ mantra is still strong and you probably believe it yourself. The truth, however, is that if you train too hard, too frequently, you are putting your body into a state of elevated stress and as stress hormones increase fat burning essentially halts.

You hear this all the time about stress and health right? You need to sleep more, meditate, and take care of your mental health so that your body functions optimally.
The missing component to all of this is your exercise. 🧐🧐
Think about it – if this was true – then everyone who works out hard all the time would have lower body fat levels. When you have done bootcamp or other ‘hardcore’ workout, or you look around at people you know who train hard all the time, is fat loss ALWAYS guaranteed?
And then how do some people lose fat when they seemingly do only minimal exercise?
The key is to move your body in the way it was designed to move and with ENOUGH effort.
You should get a sweat on a few times a week and get out of breath but you shouldn’t be so sore you can’t walk and pushing yourself to the limit every single time you try and exercise.
If you keep doing things like that not only will you not hit your fat loss goals but you are going to do more harm than good to your body over time!
