In this 40 Min STRONG Dumbbell LEG workout, we will perform a total of 30 movements for one round. Each movement will last for 50 seconds, with 20 seconds of rest in between. After every 15 movements, there will be a “PUMP-SET” set with two movements (10 reps) lasting for 150 seconds, and the goal is to complete as many rounds as possible. The weights you choose for each movement will significantly impact the workout’s intensity, so challenge yourself by selecting weights that are appropriate for each exercise.
The dumbbells that I am using are:
2x18kg (Red color on the screen)
2x10kg (yellow color on the screen)
2x5kg (Green color on the screen)
The Gear that I am using:
You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier dumbbells.
