❌ NOT TO DO ❌
1️⃣ Do not weight yourself immediately on Monday Morning (if it will make you SAD) . your scale weight is definitely going to go up ⬆️ but that doesn’t mean you have gained body fat. A lot of it is just water weight. Also, that doesn’t mean that you start your week on a BAD note just because the scale has gone up.
2️⃣ Do not be super strict with nutrition and punish yourself by just eating Salad 🥗 for the entire day or do endless cardio trying to balance out the high calories you had over the weekend.
✅ TO DO ✅
1️⃣ Just go back on track with your NOTMAL workout and macros that you were following before the weekend. You do not have to do things EXTREMES. Just get back on TRACK!!
2️⃣ Have a BETTER plan for the next weekend & do not go back to repeating yourself like you did this weekend.
