If you donโt have much time to cook lunch/dinner, cravings for something deliciousโฆthen give it a try this โEgg omelette curryโ..quick and easy to make within 30-45 minutes..! Super delicious & wholesome meal ๐

Ingredients:
For Egg omelette ๐ณ :
6 eggs ๐ฅ
Salt & pepper ( 1/2 tsp & 1/4 tsp )
1 noโs green chilli chopped
1-2 Tbsp chopped onion chopped
2 tbsp coriander ๐ฟ leaves chopped
Mix mix & make omelette with 1 tbsp of butter in pan ๐ง ( if needed)
โcook, Cool & cut in to small pieces, keep a side to add later in curry ..!

For masala Curry ๐:
3 Tbsp of Mustard Oil & 1 Tbsp of butter ( as per need)
Whole spices:
1 tsp Jeera + 1/2 tsp shah jeera ( cumin seeds), 3 cloves, 1 inch cinnamon sticks, 1 star-anise, 2-3 bay leafs, 6-8 black peppercorns, 1-2 black cardamom, 4 green cardamom
4-5 green chilies
3 large size onion ๐ง
chopped
3 medium size tomatoes ๐
chopped
1 large capsicum ๐ซ chopped
1.5 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
Salt: 2 tsp ( to taste) add carefully, we added some salt in omelette earlier..!
Powdered spices:
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 Tsp Red chilli ๐ถ๏ธ powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 Tbsp kasuri-methi dried
Handful coriander ๐ฟ leaves..
Warm water: 600-800 ml as per consistency
โOnce curry starts boiling, add omelette pieces into curry and cook for another couple of minute or until soft & spongy ..!

Serve with Rice ๐..cucumber ๐ฅ ( any salad ) & Enjoy..!
