Ingredients:
2 cup Chickpeas ( overnight soaked )
1/2 cup ( 5-6 noβs small ) Green onions
1 inch ginger π« chopped
5-6 garlic clove
1 cup Spring onion chopped
1 cup chopped coriander πΏ (handful)
2 noβs green chilli
1 Tbsp lemon π juice
Salt & pepper ( 1 tsp & 1/2 tsp ) to taste
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp chickpea flour
1-2 tbsp White sesame seeds
1 tbsp Olive oil ( for brushing)
1 tbsp butter for shallow frying ( optional )

βBake at 200 degrees preheat oven for about 25- 30 minutes ( flip up-side down on half way of baking, for both sides crispy )
βTawa/Pan: On medium heated pan add butter and shallow fry until crispy.
β**if you are in hurry use pan method or fry in air-fryer .!

Serve with Green Chutney, Curd dip and combine with some freshly chopped salad π₯( like: cucumber π₯, carrots π₯, beet root or any of choice..!)
