Ingredients:
For spinach batter:
2 eggs 🪺
100 gm approx chopped spinach
3-4 garlic 🧄 cloves
1 green chilli
80 gm Paneer
Salt & Pepper ( to salt)
1/2 tsp chilli 🌶️ flakes
— Blend & pour into medium heated pan.. cook both sides ( use butter if needed)

For fillings:
2 Boiled eggs 🪺
Handful coriander 🌿 leaves
2 Spring Onions
20 gm Crumble Paneer
1/2 cup chopped cucumber 🥒
Some Cheese ( optional)
1-2 tbsp curd
Salt & chilli 🌶️ ( to taste)
1 tsp mustard sauce
