These are some of my go-to snacks that I eat on my vegan weight loss journey and so far I am down 50lbs, eating these types of foods! I have been able to stay consistent by finding foods that I really enjoy and not forcing myself to eat things, JUST for the sake of weight loss! I hope that these snacks will help you out along your vegan weight loss journey as well! All my meals are oil free, wfpb and compatible with the starch solution.

Apple Oatmeal Cookies:
1/2 cup apple sauce
1 cup quick oats
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp apple pie spice or pumpkin spice
Top with date molasses or add maple syrup in batter for added sweetness (optional)
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
Coffee Crisp Fiber Protein Shake:
1/2 cup cooked or canned black beans (I prefer mine to be frozen)
2 frozen bananas
2-3 medjool dates
2 tsp of instant coffee (I use decaf, but you can also use regular)
1 tbsp of cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa powder
1.5 cups of vanilla plant based milk
