1. Sehar aur Iftar ke Liye Sahi Khane:
Sehar mein protein aur fiber se bharpur khaana khayen, jaise ande, oats, aur daal.
Iftar mein taaje phal aur sabziyan khayen, sath hi dal-chawal ya sabziyon ki bhuji jaise halke khane.
Meetha aur chawal jaise bhari khane se parhez karen.
Nimki aur samose jaise fried food se bhi parhez karen.
2. Paani Piena:
Iftar ke baad aur sehri se pehle zyada se zyada paani piyen.
Din mein bhi nami banae rakhne ke liye nimbu pani ya chaas piyen.
3. Exercise:
Rozana kam se kam 30 minute ki exercise karen.
Ghar par hi chalna, jogging karna, ya yoga karna shuru kar sakti hain.
Ramazan ke baad gym jaana ya koi aur exercise program shuru kar sakti hain.
4. Khud Ko Motivated Rakhna:
Apne doston aur parivar se support len.
Apne liye chhote-chhote goals set karen aur unhein achieve karne par khud ko reward den.
