This week has been a rollercoaster 🎢 of flavors and decisions. From starting big with an omelet over rice 🍳🍚 to late-night snacks XD 🌙, I’ve embraced the ups and downs. I’ve indulged in favorites, balanced with protein boosts 🥤, and even hit a new low weight 🏋️♀️…before bouncing back.
But hey, no stress! 😌 We’re laughing through the journey, enjoying every meal (yes, even the unexpected pizza 🍕), and learning about portion control. I’ve shared meals with friends 🍴, tried new things, and enjoyed my favorites.
