It’s not a secret that my weightloss journey has been incredibly slow but trust me I am not discouraged! I know with consistency, my hard work is going to pay off. I’m not where I was and I am that much closer to where I want to be. This is a forever thing right? so though I might be close to my goal weight, I know that there is always room to grow and always room to recomp my body. I have a feeling I will reach my goal weight before I reach my goal body – Can anyone else relate to that?
