Welcome back to my YouTube channel she cooks healthy and today I’m going to share Ragi Panner paratha which is absolutely healthy and weight loss meal. 1 Paratha has approximately 173 cal and 10 g of protein and I have pair it with low-fat Greek yogurt and overall protein in the meal is approximately 35 g. We should always focus on high protein meals to do in effective weight loss. Otherwise, during our weight loss journey, you will lose a muscle mass due to lack of protein as you just focus on the low calorie diet.
This meal has goodness of Ragi, which is a calcium rich and fiber rich millet flour, and I have mixed half portion of whole wheat flour into it, just to make it easy to make a dough, and then paratha.
