AB HACK: how to hit the UPPER vs LOWER abs!!
Small shift, big results! Although most of my ab workouts are designed to hit the total core, if you want to work on strengthening one specific part, try this!
1️⃣UPPER ABS: curl your spine forward
2️⃣LOWER ABS: bring your legs towards your torso
3️⃣TOTAL ABS: do both!!
